Overview
The Special Operations Roundtable will consist of 9 stewards. 8 stewards will be elected by the community every 6 months. The 9th steward can be the proposer (Premia) who can only vote in case of a tie. Happy to lead and drive forward until the program is in a place that our presence (DK + Premia Parliament) is no longer needed. Or not, but I feel strongly that someone needs to drive the initiative and happy to do it.
Stewards will be self-elect from Arbitrum native projects who received the STIP allocation and has already passed the KYB checks to represent the community's interests. Actively participating in steward elections is a critical responsibility of the Arbitrum community. Stewards should have the time commitment to contribute to the needed efforts, which may be up to 20hrs a week; the recommendation is for strong Arbitrum Projects that have their own community members to help support the stewards efforts (Treasure ARC, Premia Parliament, Castle Cap, Revelo, Teams with expandable supply of talent to tap into preferably DAO members or groups with expertise in the following areas.)
Elections will follow a multi-phase process allowing the community to nominate and vote on steward candidates.
Election Process In Detail

- Any Arbitrum native project who received the STIP can register as a steward candidate.
