Post-Award Implementation

Post-Award Implementation

Once a project has been awarded a grant by the Arbitrum DAO, the next step is the implementation of the project. This process involves several key steps, which are outlined below:

1. Grant Allocation: The grant will be allocated to the project at the beginning of the next eligible quarter. The grant will be streamed to the project over the course of the quarter, providing the project with a steady source of funding to support its development and growth.

2. Compliance: To continue receiving the grant, the project must remain compliant with the terms of the grant and the rules of the Arbitrum DAO. This includes maintaining a seat at the roundtable, either as an inner table seat or an outer table seat, and continuing to meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the Grant Procedure.

3. Reporting: The project team is required to report on their progress and use of funds. This reporting should be transparent and detailed, providing the Arbitrum DAO with a clear understanding of how the grant is being used and the impact it is having on the project and the Arbitrum ecosystem.

4. Renewal: If the project remains compliant and continues to make progress, the grant will auto-renew at the end of the quarter. If the project is removed from the roundtable, the grant will not auto-renew.

5. Evaluation: The success of the project will be evaluated based on the project's reports and the impact of the project on the Arbitrum ecosystem. This evaluation will inform future funding decisions and will help to ensure that the Arbitrum DAO grant program continues to support projects that align with Arbitrum's focus on finance and contribute to the growth and development of the Arbitrum ecosystem.

The post-award implementation process is designed to ensure that the grant is used effectively and that the project is making progress towards its goals. It also promotes accountability and trust within the Arbitrum DAO, ensuring that the grant program continues to support the growth and development of the Arbitrum ecosystem.
